EastMallBuy Spreadsheet: Why Most PandaBuy Rows Won't Fit, and Which Ones Will

Checked · the PandaBuy Alternatives desk

Short answer

EastMallBuy is an open agent run by Eastmall (HK) Tech Co., Ltd. since 2023 (domain registered October 2, 2023). KakoGuide lists its sources as Taobao, Tmall, JD.com and 1688; Weidian isn't among them, and Weidian is where most rows in a PandaBuy spreadsheet point. It places orders in about 24 hours and includes two QC photos per item (extras ¥2). KakoGuide's review adds three cautions: hardly any independent reviews, no published service fee, and a lost parcel whose refund left out about $80 of shipping. Use it for Taobao, JD and 1688 rows; send Weidian rows elsewhere.

16 finds (Weidian, so order elsewhere)

These are Weidian listings, so they belong with an agent that buys Weidian; they show what a typical old sheet row looks like. Tiles open repbuysheet.com. 16 finds here, and 10,000+ products in the catalog the tiles open, filterable by brand and size.

Sponsored links. Photo, name and button all open one listing on repbuysheet.com, where the seller's full photo set, the size options and the source shop link live. Dollar and yuan prices are copied from that catalog on the check date and move with the exchange rate.

Why does Weidian coverage matter?

PandaBuy spreadsheets were mostly Weidian: it's the platform small sellers use to sell through WeChat, and the one community sheets link to most. An agent that doesn't buy from Weidian can only handle part of such a sheet:

Before trying EastMallBuy with an old sheet, count how many rows are Weidian. If it's most of them, as in typical PandaBuy sheets, another agent will save you splitting the haul. If your list is mainly Taobao, Tmall or JD, EastMallBuy's coverage of JD is actually unusual among agents.

Verdict: Most PandaBuy rows are Weidian, which EastMallBuy doesn't list. Check your sheet's mix first.

Which rows of a PandaBuy sheet fit EastMallBuy?

The link converter labels each converted row with its platform, which makes sorting a sheet easy:

  1. Convert the whole column.
  2. Sort by platform: Weidian rows to one agent, Taobao, Tmall, JD and 1688 rows to EastMallBuy if you want to try it.
  3. Ship each agent's items as a separate parcel. Two parcels cost more than one, so only split if EastMallBuy saves you something on the non-Weidian items.

For most people, the simpler path is one agent that handles everything; the Weidian page lists which ones do.

Verdict: Only split a haul across agents if the saving beats the cost of a second parcel.

How much do we know about EastMallBuy?

EastMallBuy's public record is thin. KakoGuide found almost no independent reviews, and its one documented problem was a lost parcel refunded for the goods but not the roughly $80 of shipping. Two free QC photos per item is also fewer than PandaBuy's four.

None of that is alarming on its own, but after PandaBuy it argues for caution: a small first order, paid per order, with screenshots. If the parcel arrives as photographed and the bill matches, you've learned more than any review could tell you. The status board rechecks it at each update.

Verdict: Too little evidence to trust with a big haul. A small test order costs little.

Where to send the Weidian rows

If your old PandaBuy sheet is Weidian-heavy, the agents most former PandaBuy users try first are KakoBuy (fast, seven photos), Oopbuy (weighed photos) and HooBuy (wide coverage). For a JD or 1688-heavy list, EastMallBuy is a reasonable specialist.

Whatever you choose, keep the converted marketplace links as your master column so rows can move between agents as needed.

Verdict: Match the agent to the platform mix of your sheet.

Where EastMallBuy does fit: JD.com and 1688

EastMallBuy's platform list does include something most agents treat as an afterthought: JD.com, one of China's biggest online retailers, which sells a lot of branded electronics, appliances and household goods from its own warehouses. For rows like that, an agent that handles JD properly can be genuinely useful:

  • JD is known for fast domestic delivery, so items reach the agent's warehouse quickly.
  • Official stores on JD and Tmall sell genuine branded goods at Chinese domestic prices, which can be lower than abroad, though warranties usually don't travel.
  • Electronics and batteries limit shipping lines, so ask the agent which lines accept them before buying.

1688 is the other platform where EastMallBuy may fit, for wholesale quantities; see the 1688 page for minimum orders and price tiers.

For a former PandaBuy user, the practical split is simple. Rows from Weidian go to an agent that lists Weidian. Rows from JD, Tmall or 1688 can go to EastMallBuy if its quote beats your main agent's once the extra parcel is counted. If the saving is smaller than the cost of a second international shipment, keep everything with one agent.

Verdict: EastMallBuy is a JD and 1688 specialist, not a home for a Weidian-heavy PandaBuy sheet.

EastMallBuy questions

Does EastMallBuy buy from Weidian?

Not according to KakoGuide, whose June 2026 review lists four sources: Taobao, Tmall, JD.com and 1688. Weidian isn't among them, and that's where most rows in a typical PandaBuy spreadsheet point, since small sellers use it to sell through WeChat. Count the Weidian rows in your sheet before signing up. If they're the majority, choose an agent that lists Weidian instead.

Is EastMallBuy a good PandaBuy alternative?

Only for part of a sheet. It doesn't list Weidian, which covers most PandaBuy rows, and it has few independent reviews, no published fee and two free QC photos per item against PandaBuy's 4. For Taobao, Tmall, JD or 1688 rows it's a reasonable specialist. Try a small first order paid per order, and send Weidian-heavy sheets to a different agent.

Are two free QC photos enough after PandaBuy's four?

Two free photos per item, according to KakoGuide, with each extra shot costing ¥2. That's fewer than PandaBuy's 4 and KakoBuy's seven. For simple items two angles may be enough, but for shoes or fitted clothing, paying a few yuan for a measurement or label photo is cheap insurance. Request extras on anything where size or condition matters.

Who runs EastMallBuy?

Eastmall (HK) Tech Co., Ltd., a Hong Kong company that has run the agent since 2023; its domain was registered on October 2, 2023. That makes it a young business with a short public record, and KakoGuide found almost no independent reviews. A named operator is useful, but it isn't a track record. Start with a small order before trusting it with a full haul.

What is EastMallBuy's service fee?

It isn't published, and KakoGuide's June 2026 review lists that as one of three cautions alongside thin reviews and a lost-parcel refund that left out about $80 of shipping. Without a stated rate, the cart breakdown is the only place to see what you're charged. Screenshot it on every order, and compare the total with another agent's before committing a larger haul.

Can I use PandaBuy links on EastMallBuy?

Some of them. Convert the column first; the link converter labels each row with its platform. Taobao, Tmall and 1688 rows can then be pasted into EastMallBuy, while Weidian rows, usually the bulk of a PandaBuy sheet, need another agent. Two agents means two parcels, so only split the haul if EastMallBuy's price on the non-Weidian items beats the cost of shipping twice.

Where should Weidian rows go if I use EastMallBuy?

To an agent that lists Weidian. KakoBuy, Oopbuy and HooBuy are the ones former PandaBuy users try first; KakoBuy is fast with seven photos, Oopbuy weighs items in its photos and HooBuy has wide coverage. The Weidian page lists more. Keep converted marketplace links as your master column, then send JD, Tmall and 1688 rows to EastMallBuy only if it saves money.

Does EastMallBuy buy from JD.com?

Yes. JD.com is one of the four sources KakoGuide lists, which is unusual among agents. JD is one of China's biggest online retailers and is known for fast domestic delivery, so items reach the warehouse quickly. It's useful for branded electronics and household goods from official stores, though warranties usually don't travel and batteries limit shipping lines. For JD rows, EastMallBuy is worth a look.

How fast does EastMallBuy place orders?

KakoGuide says it places orders within about 24 hours of payment. That only covers the purchase itself: the seller still has to ship to the agent's warehouse, which takes a few days, and JD listings are often quicker. Factor that into any deadline. For a quick test of the service, a small order of two or three Taobao or JD items will show the real timing.

Can I get more than two QC photos at EastMallBuy?

Yes. KakoGuide reports that each photo beyond the free two costs ¥2. The most useful extras are a measurement shot for shoes or fitted clothes and a close-up of labels or stitching. With so little independent review history, photos are your main way to check an item before it ships. Spending ¥4 to ¥6 on a couple of extras is sensible for anything that isn't cheap.
