It buys Weidian, Taobao and 1688 items for you, photographs them in its warehouse and ships them together. Two numbers set it apart: rep.tools measured a median of one day between paying for shipping and dispatch, and KakoGuide counts seven free QC photos per item, against PandaBuy's 4. It had a short outage in August 2026 and has been running normally since August 31. Trustpilot shows 4.1/5 from 286 reviews.

Each one opens on repbuysheet.com with the seller's photo set and the size options. Like a PandaBuy sheet, but every row still opens: 10,000+ products in the catalog these tiles come from.

Sponsored links. Photo, name and button all open one listing on repbuysheet.com, where the seller's full photo set, the size options and the source shop link live. Dollar and yuan prices are copied from that catalog on the check date and move with the exchange rate.

How does KakoBuy compare with PandaBuy?

If you ordered through PandaBuy, KakoBuy will feel familiar: paste a link, pay for the item, wait for warehouse photos, then pick a shipping line for the whole box. The differences are in the numbers, and some favour KakoBuy:

The one line where KakoBuy is worse is the exchange rate. KakoGuide found KakoBuy converting yuan at roughly 8% above the interbank rate in mid-2026. PandaBuy also took a margin on currency, but the effect is the same either way: the yuan price on a spreadsheet row is not what you pay. On a ¥300 haul an 8% spread adds about ¥24 before any fee is shown.

Verdict: KakoBuy matches or beats PandaBuy on photos, storage and speed. Budget for the exchange-rate margin and it's the most PandaBuy-like agent still open.

Is KakoBuy really faster?

Speed is the main reason KakoBuy tops so many PandaBuy-alternative lists. rep.tools followed parcels from the moment the shipping fee was paid and recorded a one-day median before they left the warehouse, with 85% gone within four days outside Chinese New Year. Very few agents publish anything comparable.

That number covers only the warehouse stage. A typical KakoBuy order still has three waits: the seller posting to the warehouse inside China (often three to six days), the warehouse's own handling, and the international line you choose. KakoBuy shortens the middle wait; the first depends on the seller, and the last on the line and on your customs office.

The August 2026 scare is worth knowing about. KakoBuy went down for a short period in mid-August, and after PandaBuy and the CNFans closure many people assumed the worst. rep.tools confirmed normal operation from August 31, and the site was working at our check. A brief outage with a public recovery is a very different situation from PandaBuy's raid or CNFans's shutdown, but it's a reminder not to leave large balances sitting in any agent.

Verdict: Fast out of the warehouse, and back up after its one wobble. Still: pay per order, not in advance.

Moving a PandaBuy spreadsheet to KakoBuy

A PandaBuy spreadsheet can be moved to KakoBuy row by row. The steps:

  1. Convert the links. Paste the column into the PandaBuy link converter. Long links (those with url= or id= in them) come back as clean Weidian or Taobao addresses; short pandabuy.page.link codes can't be decoded any more.
  2. Paste each clean link into KakoBuy's search bar. It opens the same listing inside KakoBuy, priced in your currency at KakoBuy's rate.
  3. Check the listing still exists and that the size or colour on your sheet is still offered. Older sheets lose a share of rows to deleted listings.
  4. Order a few items, then wait for the photos. Exchange or return anything wrong while it's still in China; once the box leaves, there's no easy way back.
  5. Ship everything together once the haul is complete, inside the free storage period.

KakoBuy also has its own browser extension and community sheets built around kakobuy.com links. If you share a list with friends, store the original marketplace links in one column and agent links in another; that way, the next time an agent closes, nothing needs rebuilding.

Verdict: Convert once, keep the Weidian or Taobao link as the master copy, and use KakoBuy links only for ordering.

What do KakoBuy's reviews say?

KakoBuy's Trustpilot page shows 4.1/5 from 286 reviews, 250 of them from the past twelve months. The split is wider than the score suggests: 66% five-star and 22% one-star, with very little in between. The one-star reviews we read tend to be about the exchange rate, shipping quotes that rose after packing, and slow replies during the August outage; the five-star ones mostly mention fast dispatch and helpful photos.

Read together, the reviews describe a service that handles ordinary hauls well, with the complaints clustered around money rather than around parcels going missing. Search data also shows a lot of people looking for KakoBuy invitation codes. A code adds a small shipping coupon to a new account; it doesn't make the agent any safer, and nothing on this page uses one.

Verdict: A polarised but healthy review record. The complaints are about price, not disappearing orders.

Is KakoBuy the new PandaBuy?

In practice it's the closest thing. rep.tools ranks KakoBuy first among agents still trading in 2026, and the workflow is the one PandaBuy users know: paste a link, check warehouse photos, ship one box. It has no connection to PandaBuy or its operator, though, and the lesson from PandaBuy still applies. Use KakoBuy happily, but pay per order instead of holding a balance.

Can I use a PandaBuy link on KakoBuy?

How many QC photos does KakoBuy give?

KakoGuide counts seven free QC photos per item, against the 4 PandaBuy sent, which means more angles on tags, stitching and sizing before anything ships. If a detail still isn't clear, ask for another angle before approving the item. Check each set while the item is still in China, since returns get hard once the box leaves. Ask for more shots whenever sizing is borderline.

How many days of free storage does KakoBuy give?

Sources differ. rep.tools says 100 free days, KakoGuide 180. Either figure beats PandaBuy's 90. Since they don't agree, plan around the shorter one: collect the haul, approve the photos and pay for shipping before day 90, so nothing depends on which source turns out to be right. Log each arrival date in a tracker so you can see which items are closest to the limit.

Does KakoBuy charge a service fee?

KakoGuide lists no service fee on standard orders, and rep.tools says any fee appears per item at checkout.
