Superbuy Spreadsheet: The Veteran Agent, and What Its Fee Table Means for an Old PandaBuy Sheet

Checked · the PandaBuy Alternatives desk

Short answer

Superbuy has been trading since 2012, years before PandaBuy existed, and it's one of the few agents that publishes its whole fee table. There's no service fee on Taobao, Tmall, JD or 1688. On Weidian and other platforms it charges 10%, with a ¥10 minimum and a ¥20 cap per item, and that matters for anyone moving a PandaBuy spreadsheet, because most sheet rows are Weidian listings. Extras are priced openly: ¥17 vacuum packing, ¥2 per detailed photo, ¥20 per video, 90 days of free storage. Trustpilot shows 4.5/5 from 1,030 reviews.

Weidian listings across price levels, useful for seeing where Superbuy's ¥10 minimum and ¥20 cap fall. Each tile opens repbuysheet.com with the photo set. This grid is a taster: the catalog it links into lists 10,000+ products, each with its seller's photo set.

Sponsored links. Photo, name and button all open one listing on repbuysheet.com, where the seller's full photo set, the size options and the source shop link live. Dollar and yuan prices are copied from that catalog on the check date and move with the exchange rate.

What does Superbuy charge on Weidian rows?

PandaBuy charged no service fee on any platform. Superbuy charges none on the big Alibaba-group marketplaces, but a percentage on Weidian, where most spreadsheet sellers list. Here's what the rule does to typical rows:

Superbuy's Weidian fee on three item prices
Item price10% would beSuperbuy chargesShare of price
¥60¥6.00¥10.0016.7%
¥150¥15.00¥15.0010.0%
¥400¥40.00¥20.005.0%

Rule from Superbuy's official fee page: 10% of item price, minimum ¥10, maximum ¥20 per item. Computed on this page.

The minimum makes cheap Weidian items relatively expensive: a ¥60 tee pays ¥10, a sixth of its price. The cap works the other way, so a ¥400 pair of trainers pays only ¥20, 5%. If your old PandaBuy sheet is mostly cheap Weidian rows, an agent with no Weidian fee will usually come out ahead on items; if it's mostly Taobao or pricier pieces, Superbuy's fee hardly matters.

Verdict: Superbuy suits Taobao and 1688 hauls and expensive Weidian items. For a sheet of cheap Weidian tees, its minimum fee bites.

Superbuy figures from its official fee composition page; PandaBuy from Extrabux and CNBuyPilot.

The useful difference is that every Superbuy charge is written down before you pay. PandaBuy, like most agents of its time, recovered its zero fee through currency conversion and shipping. A published list doesn't make Superbuy cheaper, but it makes your costs predictable, and you can check the cart against the page.

Verdict: Pay for the predictability: with Superbuy you can price a haul to the yuan before ordering.

Why Superbuy's age matters after PandaBuy

Two big agents have closed since 2024: PandaBuy after a raid and CNFans after a slow wind-down. For many people the deciding question is no longer which agent is cheapest but which is least likely to vanish with a balance. Superbuy's answer is its history: more than a decade of trading through several waves of agent closures. Its Trustpilot record, 4.5/5 from 1,030 reviews with 92 in the past year, is steady rather than spectacular.

One piece of history causes confusion. WeGoBuy, which went dark without notice between December 2024 and January 2025, was widely assumed to be linked to Superbuy; Superbuy's chief executive denied it, and Superbuy kept trading. If you have an old WeGoBuy sheet, see the WeGoBuy page for converting its links.

No track record is a guarantee. Use the same habits as anywhere else: pay per order, ship within 90 days, and keep the original links in your sheet. The status board shows Superbuy's current state.

Verdict: Superbuy's main selling point after PandaBuy is longevity. It's the agent to use if losing another balance is your biggest worry.

A first Superbuy order, step by step

A first Superbuy order looks a lot like a PandaBuy one, with a couple of extra screens because the fees are itemised. In order:

  1. Paste the converted link (the original Weidian or Taobao address) into Superbuy's search bar.
  2. Choose size and colour and check the cart: on Weidian items you'll see the 10% line, between ¥10 and ¥20 per item.
  3. Pay for the items. Superbuy buys them and the sellers post them to its warehouse.
  4. Look at the photos. Order detailed photos at ¥2 each, or a video at ¥20, for anything where details matter.
  5. Submit the parcel inside the 90 free days, add vacuum packing at ¥17 if you're shipping clothing, and pay for the line.

The extras are where a Superbuy haul can quietly grow. On a ten-item clothing haul, vacuum packing is one ¥17 charge and usually pays for itself by shrinking the box. Detailed photos at ¥2 each are cheap insurance on trainers. A video per item quickly adds up, so save it for watches and electronics. For the volumetric sum behind packing choices, see the shipping calculator.

Verdict: Budget the itemised extras up front and a Superbuy order holds no surprises, which is its whole point.

Superbuy questions from PandaBuy users

Is Superbuy a good PandaBuy alternative?

For reliability, yes. Superbuy has traded since 2012, outlasting several waves of agent closures, and it publishes every fee. Trustpilot shows 4.5/5 from 1,030 reviews. The drawback is cost on cheap Weidian items, which pay at least ¥10 each in service fee. Choose Superbuy if losing another balance is your main fear; pick a no-Weidian-fee agent for budget sheets.

How much is Superbuy's service fee?

Superbuy's official fee page sets zero service fee on Taobao, Tmall, JD and 1688. Weidian and other platforms pay 10% of the item price, with a ¥10 minimum and ¥20 maximum per item. So a ¥60 tee pays ¥10 and a ¥400 pair of trainers pays ¥20. Check how many of your sheet rows are cheap Weidian listings before choosing Superbuy.

Can I use PandaBuy links on Superbuy?

Not as they stand. A PandaBuy link wraps the original listing, so convert it with the link converter to the plain Weidian or Taobao address, then paste that into Superbuy's search bar. The cart will then show the item price and, for Weidian rows, the 10% fee line between ¥10 and ¥20. Convert the full sheet first so you can price it properly.

How long does Superbuy store items?

Superbuy's fee page gives 90 days of free warehouse storage, compared with the 90 days PandaBuy offered. That's plenty of time to collect a haul from several sellers. Long storage also eats into your card or PayPal dispute window, however. Aim to submit your parcel well before the 90 days are up rather than waiting until the last week.

Is Superbuy the same as WeGoBuy?

No, according to Superbuy. Many people assumed the two were linked, but Superbuy's chief executive denied any connection. WeGoBuy went dark without notice between December 2024 and January 2025, while Superbuy carried on trading as it has since 2012. If you still hold an old WeGoBuy sheet, convert those links to their original listings and you can order them through Superbuy or any other agent.

Does Superbuy charge for QC photos?

Superbuy's fee page lists ¥2 per detailed photo and ¥20 for a product video; check what the standard arrival photos include on your first order. Detailed shots are cheap insurance on trainers, where stitching and shape matter. Videos add up fast across a haul, so save them for watches, electronics and other items where function needs checking.

Is Superbuy cheaper than PandaBuy was?

It depends on the platform. PandaBuy had a 0% service fee on every platform; Superbuy also charges nothing on Taobao and 1688, but takes 10% on Weidian, within a ¥10 to ¥20 band per item. PandaBuy recovered its money through exchange rates and shipping instead. For a mostly Weidian sheet of cheap pieces, Superbuy costs more; for Taobao hauls, the fee gap disappears.
