GTBuy Spreadsheet: A Flat-Fee Agent With Long Storage and Very Little Public Record

Checked · the PandaBuy Alternatives desk

Short answer

GTBuy is an open agent at gtbuy.com; its site describes an all-in-one China shopping service for Taobao, 1688 and Weidian. Most of what's known about its terms comes from one third-party directory, CNBuyPilot, which ties it to Greetbuy, a Yiwu cross-border business dating from 2014, and reports a flat ¥4–8 fee per order, 180 days of free storage and three to five QC photos per item. We couldn't confirm those on GTBuy's own pages. Its public record is thin: 15 Trustpilot reviews averaging 4.2/5, the newest dated February 4, 2026.

16 finds to batch into one GTBuy order

Enough Weidian listings to fill a single order and get the most from a flat fee. Each tile opens repbuysheet.com. Old PandaBuy sheets ran to thousands of rows; the repbuysheet.com catalog behind these tiles keeps going with 10,000+ products.

Sponsored links. Photo, name and button all open one listing on repbuysheet.com, where the seller's full photo set, the size options and the source shop link live. Dollar and yuan prices are copied from that catalog on the check date and move with the exchange rate.

GTBuy's flat fee against PandaBuy's zero

PandaBuy charged nothing on items. GTBuy, according to CNBuyPilot, charges a flat amount per order regardless of how much is in the cart. The difference depends on how you buy:

A flat fee against a percentage, per order
Order valueGTBuy flat fee (¥4–8)A 5% agentPandaBuy (0%)
¥100¥4–8¥5¥0
¥400¥4–8¥20¥0
¥1200¥4–8¥60¥0

GTBuy fee range from CNBuyPilot; 5% shown for comparison with percentage-based agents. Computed on this page.

A flat fee rewards bigger orders: on ¥1,200 of items, ¥8 is under 1%. It penalises lots of small ones. If you shop the way PandaBuy users often did, adding one or two items at a time as you found them on a sheet, group them into fewer orders at GTBuy.

Verdict: Flat fees suit batch buying. Collect several rows, then place one order.

180 days of storage, and the weight limits

CNBuyPilot also reports 180 days of free storage, twice PandaBuy's 90, after which items are charged ¥0.1 per item per day. For a haul built slowly from a long sheet, that's useful slack. The same source describes flat-rate lines with hard limits (7 kg and 60,000 cm³), so a parcel just over either limit jumps to a different price; check where yours lands with the shipping calculator.

GTBuy figures are CNBuyPilot's; GTBuy's homepage doesn't publish them.

Verdict: Long storage and a flat fee make GTBuy cheap for patient, batched hauls, if the third-party figures hold.

What 15 reviews can and can't tell you

Fifteen reviews is very little. The newest, from February 4, 2026, and the ones before it mostly praise cheap shipping and fast delivery; one January 2026 review complains of stained items from several sellers, and GTBuy hasn't replied to the negative ones. There's no independent review from KakoGuide either.

That doesn't make GTBuy unsafe; it makes it unknown. After PandaBuy, the right response to 'unknown' is a small first order paid per order, with screenshots of every charge so you can check the fee against the ¥4–8 figure.

Verdict: Too little evidence to trust with a big balance. A small test order will tell you what the reviews can't.

Moving a PandaBuy sheet to GTBuy

Moving a PandaBuy sheet to GTBuy: convert the links with the link converter, paste the clean Weidian, Taobao or 1688 links into GTBuy, and gather several into one order to make the most of the flat fee. Keep the clean column as your master list.

If you'd rather have a longer track record for a big haul, Superbuy and Basetao both have over a decade; HubBuyCN advertises even longer storage on its own site.

Verdict: A cheap way to run a patient haul, once a small test order has gone well.

Who is Greetbuy, and does it matter?

CNBuyPilot's description of GTBuy as the consumer brand of Greetbuy, a Yiwu cross-border business going back to 2014, is worth unpacking, because it's the kind of claim that can cut both ways:

  • If accurate, it means GTBuy sits on an established logistics operation in Yiwu, one of China's biggest small-commodity hubs, which would explain its flat-rate lines and long storage.
  • It doesn't mean the consumer brand has the same record: GTBuy's public reviews number 15.
  • We couldn't confirm the link from GTBuy's own pages, so treat it as context rather than a guarantee.

PandaBuy is a useful comparison here too. It had a large operation behind it, over 100,000 square metres of warehouse according to the brands' account of the raid, and that didn't protect customers when it was shut down. Scale behind an agent is helpful for logistics, not for legal risk.

For a first GTBuy order, pick a few items, confirm the ¥4–8 fee and the storage terms on your own account, and see how the flat-rate line handles your parcel. If it all matches, GTBuy's model suits a patient, batched haul well.

Verdict: A possible established parent is a plus for logistics; verify the terms on your own order.

GTBuy questions

Is GTBuy legit?

It looks real: the site at gtbuy.com is up and customers report cheap shipping and fast delivery. But the evidence is thin, with only 15 Trustpilot reviews averaging 4.2/5, the newest from February 4, 2026, and no independent review from KakoGuide. GTBuy hasn't replied to its negative reviews either. Test it with a small order paid per order before sending a bigger haul.

What fee does GTBuy charge?

CNBuyPilot reports a flat fee of ¥4–8 per order, whatever the cart holds, though GTBuy's own pages don't publish it. That suits large orders: on ¥1,200 of items, ¥8 is under 1%, compared with ¥60 at a 5% agent. Screenshot your cart breakdown on the first order to confirm the figure, then group several sheet rows into each order to keep the fee low.

How long does GTBuy store items?

CNBuyPilot says 180 days free, twice PandaBuy's 90, after which GTBuy charges ¥0.1 per item per day. GTBuy doesn't publish this itself, so check your account terms. Used well, that window lets you collect a haul slowly from a long sheet and ship once. Note each item's arrival date and plan to ship before day 180 to avoid charges.

Who is behind GTBuy?

CNBuyPilot describes GTBuy as the consumer brand of Greetbuy, a cross-border business in Yiwu dating from 2014. If that's right, GTBuy rests on an established logistics operation, which could account for its flat-rate lines and generous storage. We couldn't confirm the link on GTBuy's own pages, and a parent's age doesn't transfer to the brand. Treat it as useful context, not a guarantee.

Can I use PandaBuy links on GTBuy?

Yes, after converting them. The link converter turns an old PandaBuy link into the original Weidian, Taobao or 1688 address, which you paste into GTBuy. Because the fee is a flat ¥4–8 per order according to CNBuyPilot, don't place one order per row the way many PandaBuy users did; collect several converted links and buy them together. Keep the clean column as your master list.

How many QC photos does GTBuy send?

Three to five per item, according to CNBuyPilot; GTBuy's own pages don't state a number, and with only 15 reviews there's little to confirm it. PandaBuy gave 4. One January 2026 review complains of stained items from several sellers, which is exactly what QC photos should catch. Look closely at every set before approving shipment, and ask for more angles when unsure.

Is GTBuy good for small orders?

Not really. A flat ¥4–8 fee, as CNBuyPilot reports it, is 8–16% of a ¥50 order, more than most percentage-based agents charge. On ¥400 of items it falls to 1–2%, and on ¥1,200 it's under 1%. If you tend to add one or two items at a time from a sheet, hold them back and place a single larger order at GTBuy instead.

Does GTBuy have weight limits on its lines?

Yes, according to CNBuyPilot. Its flat-rate lines have hard caps of 7 kg and 60,000 cm³, and a parcel that goes over either one is moved to a different line at a different price. A bulky box of trainers can break the volume cap before the weight cap. Run your estimate through the shipping calculator and trim packaging if you're close to either limit.

Is GTBuy new?

Its public record is thin: GTBuy's Trustpilot page has just 15 reviews, the newest from February 4, 2026. CNBuyPilot connects it to Greetbuy, a Yiwu business going back to 2014, but that history belongs to the parent, not the consumer service. Judge GTBuy on its own short record, and start with a modest order until it builds more.
